- The license manager says I have licensed two CPUs, can I install DirecType on two computers?
- No, the count of the CPUs means the available CPUs in one computer and not the CPUs on diffenrent computers.
- I want to upgrade from an old version, should I activate the license again?
- No, you can install the software over the old version. Your license will be the same. If you install the new verion in another folder just copy the license file "dtlicense.ini" into the new folder and start the software.
- I reinstalled my computer. How can I use DirecType® furthermore?
- Install the software with your product key. The request code will be the same. To get the authorisation code, please use the form above.
